The early childhood stage of a baby is measured from 1.5 weeks to 5 year after birth.

Stage -1 (1.5 Year - 3 Year)

General Symptoms

  • The baby can draw as He/She likes.
  • Feel curiosity in language.
  • Live in the world of fantasy, thats why He/She makes up stories and believe on it.
  • Baby can't understand the differences between yesterday and next day.
  • Baby's weight become trice than birth weight.
  • Teeth of gum are almost show up (approximately 16).
  • Beside love, affection baby can also feel jealous .
  • Maximum mental development occurs.
  • Can hold a pencil by grasping, can open boxes, can open the cap of the bottle, can draw round shape, can build tower with 5-6 blocks, can pour water from one pot to another.
  • Baby can change his or her dresses and can wash his or her face, hand all by himself/ herself.

Stage -2 (4 Year - 5 Year)

General Symptoms

  • Baby's weight becomes 50 times of birth weight.
  • Baby can barriers shoestring.
  • Baby can draw four sided picture or can draw shape of human, can draw sharp lines.
  • In this stage the structure and volume of brain become completed.
  • Height development become slower.
  • Can cut papers with scissors.
  • Can balance himself/ herself on something.
  • The last 4 teeth of gum or molar teeth starting to show up.
  • Worn teeth begins.

Food Tips

Foods that are required - Milk, Milk products, Semolina, Bread, Rice, Banana, Red-meat, Fresh vegetable, carrot, Butter, egg (boiled), oil, Fresh fruit juice, Peanut etc.

For Stage -1

  • Cereals : 120g -150g
  • Colorful Vegetables : 30g - 40g
  • Pulse (Thick) : 20g - 25g
  • Fruits: 30g
  • Milk or Milk Products : 200g (at least 4 days in a week)
  • Fish, Meat & Egg : 40g (at least 4 days in a week)
  • Liver (Chicken) : 30g (at least 2-3 days in a week)

For Stage - 2

  • Cereals : 170g - 200g
  • Colorful Vegetables : 150g
  • Pulse : 25g - 30g
  • Fruits: 50g - 60g
  • Milk or Milk Products : 250g (at least 3 days in a week)
  • Fish, Meat & Egg : 40g (at least 3 days in a week)
  • Oil or Butter : 20g
  • Sugar, Sweets : 30g
