Patenga Sea Beach is one of the attractive tourist spots of Chittagong City. You can enjoy the scenic beauty of the beach, ride on the speed boat and horse. It is located in Patenga Sea Beach road, close to Shah Amanat International Airport.

Chittagong War Cemetery is located in Badshah Mia Chowdhury road, near Institute of Fine Arts of Chittagong. This is beautiful place,there are commonwealth burials of World War II. Cemetery gates are open from 8:00AM-12:00PM,2:00PM-5:00PM.

Naval Beach, another place which attracts people most. It gives a view where Karnafuli river is meeting Bay of Bengal. You can go there at late afternoon, and can spend a good time. It is on the way of airport road.

Shadhinota Complex / Mini Bangladesh is located on the opposite of Bahaddarhat Bus Terminal,Chittagong. You can go there, explore and know about the historical & significant places of Bangladesh. There are also many rides to enjoy, you can go there with your kids.

Butterfly Park is the first butterfly themed park in Bangladesh. You can see live butterfly there, there are also artificial lake,orchids,colorful fish corner, flower corner. They also have good arrangement for food & refreshment. It is located on Naval Academy road(beside Airport),Patenga,Chittagong. It remains open at 9:30AM-11:00PM and live butterfly exhibition at 9:30AM-6:30PM in summer, 9:30AM-5:00PM in winter.

If anyone eager to know about the history of Bangladesh Railway, he/she must go to Bangladesh Railway Museum. It is located in Ambagan Road, Pahartali, Chittagong. It remains open at 3:00PM-5:00PM everyday.

If you want to spend a good time you can go to Chittagong Boat Club, located in 11no ghat, Patenga road. There is a luxury passenger ship for visitor, one can ride on it with min. fee to exlpore the scenic beauty of Karnafuli river. There are also restaurants, coffee corner, swimming pool, convention center.

Bhatiary is the place where Bangladesh Military Academy(BMA) is located. There is also a golf club named 'Bhatiary Golf & Country Club'. Natural beauty of Bhatiary is breathtaking, there are lake, hills, hilly road and a place named 'Sunset Point' from where you can enjoy the sunset in the Bay of Bengal. You can go to Bhatiary form City by bus or can hire CNG Auto-rickshaw.

If you want to go to an amusement park with your kids and also with your beloved one then you can go to Zia Shishu Park. There are many ride to enjoy, like- merry go round, toy-train, bumper car and so on. It is located in Circuit House, Kazir Dewri,Chittagong.

There is another amusement park in city named Karnafuli Shishu park. Many rides to enjoy there. It is located in CGS Colony, Agrabad Commercial Area, Chittagong.

Maritime Museum is located at Naval Avenue,(Near MA Aziz Stadium),Chittagong . Many interesting things there are to explore. It opens for visitor only in Friday & Holiday at 3:00PM - 5:00PM.
