Cover both ears with both palms, the bases of the palms pointing to the front and the fingers to the back. Then flick on the protruding bones behind the ears with the index and middle fingers. This flicking is done by placing the middle finger over the index finger and then sliding it quickly down off the index finger. Do this 20-30 times. A booming sound should be produced in the ears.
