Grasping muscles of the thorax
  • Place one thumb tightly against the opposite side of the chest and the index and middle fingers of the same hand against the side of the chest below the armpit. Lift and grasp the pectoral muscle with force. Breathe in while lifting up and breathe out while relaxing down. Relaxing down should be slow and accompanied by gentle kneading. Repeat this procedure approximately 5 times on each side of the chest.
