بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ سَبَّحَ لِلَّهِ مَا فِى السَّمَٰوَٰتِ وَمَا فِى الْأَرْضِ ۖ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الْحَكِيمُ[1]

Sabbaha lillahi ma fee alssamawati wama fee alardi wahuwa alAAazeezu alhakeemu

Ce qui est dans les cieux et ce qui est sur la terre glorifient Allah, et Il est le Puissant, le Sage.

Whatever is in the heavens and on earth, let it declare the Praises and Glory of Allah: for He is the Exalted in Might, the Wise.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ لِمَ تَقُولُونَ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ[2]

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo lima taqooloona ma la tafAAaloona

O vous qui avez cru! Pourquoi dites-vous ce que vous ne faites pas?

O ye who believe! Why say ye that which ye do not?

كَبُرَ مَقْتًا عِندَ اللَّهِ أَن تَقُولُوا۟ مَا لَا تَفْعَلُونَ[3]

Kabura maqtan AAinda Allahi an taqooloo ma la tafAAaloona

C'est une grande abomination auprès d'Allah que de dire ce que vous ne faites pas.

Grievously odious is it in the sight of Allah that ye say that which ye do not.

إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ الَّذِينَ يُقَٰتِلُونَ فِى سَبِيلِهِۦ صَفًّا كَأَنَّهُم بُنْيَٰنٌ مَّرْصُوصٌ[4]

Inna Allaha yuhibbu allatheena yuqatiloona fee sabeelihi saffan kaannahum bunyanun marsoosun

Allah aime ceux qui combattent dans Son chemin en rang serré pareils à un édifice renforcé.

Truly Allah loves those who fight in His Cause in battle array, as if they were a solid cemented structure.

وَإِذْ قَالَ مُوسَىٰ لِقَوْمِهِۦ يَٰقَوْمِ لِمَ تُؤْذُونَنِى وَقَد تَّعْلَمُونَ أَنِّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُمْ ۖ فَلَمَّا زَاغُوٓا۟ أَزَاغَ اللَّهُ قُلُوبَهُمْ ۚ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الْفَٰسِقِينَ[5]

Waith qala moosa liqawmihi ya qawmi lima tuthoonanee waqad taAAlamoona annee rasoolu Allahi ilaykum falamma zaghoo azagha Allahu quloobahum waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alfasiqeena

Et quand Moïse dit à son peuple: «O mon peuple! Pourquoi me maltraitez-vous alors que vous savez que je suis vraiment le Messager d'Allah [envoyé] à vous?» Puis quand ils dévièrent, Allah fit dévier leurs cœurs, car Allah ne guide pas les gens pervers.

And remember, Moses said to his people: "O my people! why do ye vex and insult me, though ye know that I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you?" Then when they went wrong, Allah let their hearts go wrong. For Allah guides not those who are rebellious transgressors.

وَإِذْ قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ يَٰبَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ إِنِّى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ إِلَيْكُم مُّصَدِّقًا لِّمَا بَيْنَ يَدَىَّ مِنَ التَّوْرَىٰةِ وَمُبَشِّرًۢا بِرَسُولٍ يَأْتِى مِنۢ بَعْدِى اسْمُهُۥٓ أَحْمَدُ ۖ فَلَمَّا جَآءَهُم بِالْبَيِّنَٰتِ قَالُوا۟ هَٰذَا سِحْرٌ مُّبِينٌ[6]

Waith qala AAeesa ibnu maryama ya banee israeela innee rasoolu Allahi ilaykum musaddiqan lima bayna yadayya mina alttawrati wamubashshiran birasoolin yatee min baAAdee ismuhu ahmadu falamma jaahum bialbayyinati qaloo hatha sihrun mubeenun

Et quand Jésus fils de Marie dit: «O Enfants d'Israël, je suis vraiment le Messager d'Allah [envoyé] à vous, confirmateur de ce qui, dans la Thora, est antérieur à moi, et annonciateur d'un Messager à venir après moi, dont le nom sera «Ahmad». Puis quand celui-ci vint à eux avec des preuves évidentes, ils dirent: «C'est là une magie manifeste».

And remember, Jesus, the son of Mary, said: "O Children of Israel! I am the messenger of Allah (sent) to you, confirming the Law (which came) before me, and giving Glad Tidings of a Messenger to come after me, whose name shall be Ahmad." But when he came to them with Clear Signs, they said, "this is evident sorcery!"

وَمَنْ أَظْلَمُ مِمَّنِ افْتَرَىٰ عَلَى اللَّهِ الْكَذِبَ وَهُوَ يُدْعَىٰٓ إِلَى الْإِسْلَٰمِ ۚ وَاللَّهُ لَا يَهْدِى الْقَوْمَ الظَّٰلِمِينَ[7]

Waman athlamu mimmani iftara AAala Allahi alkathiba wahuwa yudAAa ila alislami waAllahu la yahdee alqawma alththalimeena

Et qui est plus injuste que celui qui invente un mensonge contre Allah, alors qu'il est appelé à l'Islam? Et Allah ne guide pas les gens injustes.

Who doth greater wrong than one who invents falsehood against Allah, even as he is being invited to Islam? And Allah guides not those who do wrong.

يُرِيدُونَ لِيُطْفِـُٔوا۟ نُورَ اللَّهِ بِأَفْوَٰهِهِمْ وَاللَّهُ مُتِمُّ نُورِهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْكَٰفِرُونَ[8]

Yureedoona liyutfioo noora Allahi biafwahihim waAllahu mutimmu noorihi walaw kariha alkafiroona

Ils veulent éteindre de leurs bouches la lumière d'Allah, alors qu'Allah parachèvera Sa lumière en dépit de l'aversion des mécréants.

Their intention is to extinguish Allah's Light (by blowing) with their mouths: But Allah will complete (the revelation of) His Light, even though the Unbelievers may detest (it).

هُوَ الَّذِىٓ أَرْسَلَ رَسُولَهُۥ بِالْهُدَىٰ وَدِينِ الْحَقِّ لِيُظْهِرَهُۥ عَلَى الدِّينِ كُلِّهِۦ وَلَوْ كَرِهَ الْمُشْرِكُونَ[9]

Huwa allathee arsala rasoolahu bialhuda wadeeni alhaqqi liyuthhirahu AAala alddeeni kullihi walaw kariha almushrikoona

C'est Lui qui a envoyé Son messager avec la guidée et la Religion de Vérité, pour la placer au-dessus de toute autre religion, en dépit de l'aversion des associateurs.

It is He Who has sent His Messenger with Guidance and the Religion of Truth, that he may proclaim it over all religion, even though the Pagans may detest (it).

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ هَلْ أَدُلُّكُمْ عَلَىٰ تِجَٰرَةٍ تُنجِيكُم مِّنْ عَذَابٍ أَلِيمٍ[10]

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo hal adullukum AAala tijaratin tunjeekum min AAathabin aleemin

O vous qui avez cru! vous indiquerai-je un commerce qui vous sauvera d'un châtiment douloureux?

O ye who believe! Shall I lead you to a bargain that will save you from a grievous Penalty?-

تُؤْمِنُونَ بِاللَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِۦ وَتُجَٰهِدُونَ فِى سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ بِأَمْوَٰلِكُمْ وَأَنفُسِكُمْ ۚ ذَٰلِكُمْ خَيْرٌ لَّكُمْ إِن كُنتُمْ تَعْلَمُونَ[11]

Tuminoona biAllahi warasoolihi watujahidoona fee sabeeli Allahi biamwalikum waanfusikum thalikum khayrun lakum in kuntum taAAlamoona

Vous croyez en Allah et en Son messager et vous combattez avec vos biens et vos personnes dans le chemin d'Allah, et cela vous est bien meilleur, si vous saviez!

That ye believe in Allah and His Messenger, and that ye strive (your utmost) in the Cause of Allah, with your property and your persons: That will be best for you, if ye but knew!

يَغْفِرْ لَكُمْ ذُنُوبَكُمْ وَيُدْخِلْكُمْ جَنَّٰتٍ تَجْرِى مِن تَحْتِهَا الْأَنْهَٰرُ وَمَسَٰكِنَ طَيِّبَةً فِى جَنَّٰتِ عَدْنٍ ۚ ذَٰلِكَ الْفَوْزُ الْعَظِيمُ[12]

Yaghfir lakum thunoobakum wayudkhilkum jannatin tajree min tahtiha alanharu wamasakina tayyibatan fee jannati AAadnin thalika alfawzu alAAatheemu

Il vous pardonnera vos péchés et vous fera entrer dans des Jardins sous lesquels coulent les ruisseaux, et dans des demeures agréables dans les jardins d'Eden. Voilà l'énorme succès

He will forgive you your sins, and admit you to Gardens beneath which Rivers flow, and to beautiful mansions in Gardens of Eternity: that is indeed the Supreme Achievement.

وَأُخْرَىٰ تُحِبُّونَهَا ۖ نَصْرٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَفَتْحٌ قَرِيبٌ ۗ وَبَشِّرِ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ[13]

Waokhra tuhibboonaha nasrun mina Allahi wafathun qarreebun wabashshiri almumineena

et Il vous accordera d'autres choses encore que vous aimez bien: un secours [venant] d'Allah et une victoire prochaine. Et annonce la bonne nouvelle aux croyants.

And another (favour will He bestow,) which ye do love,- help from Allah and a speedy victory. So give the Glad Tidings to the Believers.

يَٰٓأَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ كُونُوٓا۟ أَنصَارَ اللَّهِ كَمَا قَالَ عِيسَى ابْنُ مَرْيَمَ لِلْحَوَارِيِّۦنَ مَنْ أَنصَارِىٓ إِلَى اللَّهِ ۖ قَالَ الْحَوَارِيُّونَ نَحْنُ أَنصَارُ اللَّهِ ۖ فَـَٔامَنَت طَّآئِفَةٌ مِّنۢ بَنِىٓ إِسْرَٰٓءِيلَ وَكَفَرَت طَّآئِفَةٌ ۖ فَأَيَّدْنَا الَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ عَلَىٰ عَدُوِّهِمْ فَأَصْبَحُوا۟ ظَٰهِرِينَ[14]

Ya ayyuha allatheena amanoo koonoo ansara Allahi kama qala AAeesa ibnu maryama lilhawariyyeena man ansaree ila Allahi qala alhawariyyoona nahnu ansaru Allahi faamanat taifatun min banee israeela wakafarat taifatun faayyadna allatheena amanoo AAala AAaduwwihim faasbahoo thahireena

O vous qui avez cru! Soyez les alliés d'Allah, à l'instar de ce que Jésus fils de Marie a dit aux apôtres: «Qui sont mes alliés (pour la cause) d'Allah?» - Les apôtres dirent: «Nous sommes les alliés d'Allah». Un groupe des Enfants d'Israël crut, tandis qu'un groupe nia. Nous aidâmes donc ceux qui crurent contre leur ennemi, et ils triomphèrent.

O ye who believe! Be ye helpers of Allah: As said Jesus the son of Mary to the Disciples, "Who will be my helpers to (the work of) Allah?" Said the disciples, "We are Allah's helpers!" then a portion of the Children of Israel believed, and a portion disbelieved: But We gave power to those who believed, against their enemies, and they became the ones that prevailed.
