بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ إِنَّآ أَعْطَيْنَٰكَ الْكَوْثَرَ[1]

Inna aAAtaynaka alkawthara

Nous t'avons certes, accordé l'Abondance.

To thee have We granted the Fount (of Abundance).

فَصَلِّ لِرَبِّكَ وَانْحَرْ[2]

Fasalli lirabbika wainhar

Accomplis la Salât pour ton Seigneur et sacrifie.

Therefore to thy Lord turn in Prayer and Sacrifice.

إِنَّ شَانِئَكَ هُوَ الْأَبْتَرُ[3]

Inna shaniaka huwa alabtaru

Celui qui te hait sera certes, sans postérité.

For he who hateth thee, he will be cut off (from Future Hope).
