بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ[1]

Qul huwa Allahu ahadun

Dis: «Il est Allah, Unique.

Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;

اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ[2]

Allahu alssamadu

Allah, Le Seul à être imploré pour ce que nous désirons.

Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;

لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ[3]

Lam yalid walam yooladu

Il n'a jamais engendré, n'a pas été engendré non plus.

He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;

وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُۥ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌۢ[4]

Walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahadun

Et nul n'est égal à Lui».

And there is none like unto Him.
