English: Al’laah hum’ma Bi Ismika Amootu Wa Ahyaa
Meaning: “O Al’laah! In Your Name I die and live”
When the Noble Prophet (S.M) would awaken from His rest (sleep), He would read:
English: Alhumdu Lil Laahil Lazee Ahyaa Nafsee Ba’da Maa Amaataha Wa ilaihin Nushoor
Meaning: "All praise is due to Al’laah, Who has granted us life after taking it away from us and towards Him is our resurrection"
Read this Dua before eating:
English: Bismil laahir Rahmaanir Raheem
Meaning: Al’laah’s Name we begin with, The Compassionate, Most Merciful.
If you Forgotten to read it and remember after completing your half meal then say,
English: Bismil laahi Aw’walahu Wa Aakhirahu
Meaning: "Al’laah’s Name we begin and end with"
Hazrat Abu Sa’eed Khudri(R.A) reported that the Noble Prophet(S.M) would read the following dua after he had completed his meal:
English: Alhumdu lil laahil Lazee At’amana Wa Saqaana Wa Ja’alana Minal Muslimeen
Meaning: "All Praise is due to Al’laah, who has blessed us with food and drink and made us from amongst the Believers"
English: Al’laah Hum’ma Baarik Lana Feehi Wa Zidna Minhu
Meaning: "O Al’laah grant us blessing in it and grant us more from it."
English: Al’laah hum’ma In’ni A’oozu bika minal Khubthi wal Khabaa’ith
Meaning: "O Allaah, I take refuge with you from all evil and evil-doers"
English: Bismillaahi walajnaa, wa bismillaahi kharajnaa, wa a’laa rab-binaa tawak-kalnaa.
Meaning: "In the name of Allah we enter, and in the name of Allah we leave, and upon our Lord we place our trust."
Hazrat Abu Hurairah(R.A) reports that the Noble Prophet (S.M) said, “When anyone from amongst you sneezes, then he should say,
English: Alhumdu lil laah
Meaning: "All Praise is due to Al’laah"
And his friend or brother who hears him should say,
English: Yarhamukal’laah
Meaning: "May Almighty Al’laah have mercy upon you"
Then in response to this, the one who sneezed should say,
English: Yahdee kumul’laahu wa Yuslihoo Baalakum
Meaning: "Al’laah grant you guidance and remedy your condition."
English: Ghuf-raa naka
Meaning: "I ask You (Allah) for forgiveness"
English: Laa ba’sa tahoorun inshaa’Allah
Meaning: "Never mind, may it (the sickness) be a purification, if Allah wills. "
English: Allaahum-ma bika asbahnaa wa bika amsaynaa, wa bika nahyaa wa bika namootu, wa ilaykan-nushoor.
Meaning: "O Allah, by Your leave we have reached the morning and by Your leave we have reached the evening, by Your leave we live and die and unto You is our resurrection."
English: Allaahum-ma bika amsaynaa, wa bika asbahnaa, wa bika nahyaa wa bika namootu, wa ilaykal maser
Meaning: "O Allah, by Your leave we have reached the evening and by Your leave we have reached the morning, by Your leave we live and die and unto You is our return."
English: Astaghfirullah.
Meaning: "I ask Allah for forgiveness (three times)"
English: Bismillaahi tawakkaltu ‘a-lal-laahi walaa hawla walaa quwwata illaa billaah.
Meaning: "In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah."
English: Alhumdu lil laahil lazee Kasaani Maa Uwaari Bihi Awrati Wa Atajam’malu bihi fi Hayaati
Meaning: "All praise is due to Al’laah, who has clothed me so that I may hide my nakedness and so that I may adorn myself in my lifetime."
English: Al’laah hum’ma Laa Taqtulna Bi Ghadabika Wa Laa Tuhlikna Bi Azaabika Wa Aafina Qabla Zaalika.
Meaning: "O Al’laah, Do not cause us death by Your Wrath and do not destroy us by Your punishment and forgive us before that happens."
English: Allah-hu AKbar.
Meaning: "Allah is the Greatest."
English: Jazakumullaahu khairan
Meaning: "May Allah, reward you well."
English: La ilaha illal-lah, wahdahu la shareeka lah, lahul-mulku walahul-hamd, yuhyee wa-yumeetu wa’huwa hayyun la yamoot, biyadihil-khayru wahuwa A’ala kulli shayin qadeer
Meaning: "None has the right to be worshipped except Allaah, alone, without partner, to Him belongs all sovereignty and praise. He gives life and causes death, and He is living and does not die. In His hand is all good and He is over all things, omnipotent"

English: Allahumma rabba hathihid-da’watit-tammah, wassalatil-qa-imah ati Muhammadan alwaseelata wal-fadeelah, wab-aas-hu maqaman mahmoodan al-la-zee wa’aad-tah, innaka la tukhliful-mee’ad
Meaning: "O Allah, the Lord of this total call (invitation, proclamation) and the Lord of the Salat to begin, grant Muhammad ‘intercession’ ( a status) and grant him superiority and let him reach Mooqame Mahmood which You have promised, for definitely You do not go back on Your promises"
English: Al’laah hum’ma Kama Has’santa Khalqi Fa Ahsin Khuluqi Wa Jar’rid Wajhi alan Naari
Meaning: "O Al’laah! Just as You have given me good looks, so grant me good character, and keep my face safe from the fire (of hell)"
English: Ash Hadu Al Laa ilaaha il’ lal laahu Wahdahu Laa Shareeka Lahu ilaahaw Waahidan Samadal Lum Yat’ ta khiz Saahibataw Wa Laa Waladaw Wa Lum Ya Kul lahu Kufuwan Ahad
Meaning: "I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, He is the One and Only. He has no partners. He is the only Al’laah. He has no needs. Neither is He begotten nor does He beget and there is none equal to Him"
English: Laa ilaaha il’lal laahul Haleemul Hakeemu – Laa ilaaha il’lal laahu Rab’bul Arshil Azeem – Laa ilaaha il’lal laahu Rab’bus Samawaati wal Ardi wa Rab’bul Arshil Kareem
Meaning: "There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, The Fore-bearing, The All Wise. There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, The Lord of the Exalted Throne. There is none worthy of worship except Al’laah, The Lord of the Skies and The Lord of the Earth and the Lord of the distinguished Throne."
English: Allahu la ilaha illa huwa Al -Haiyul-Qaiyum La ta'khudhuhu sinatun wa la nawm lahu ma fi as-samawati wa ma fil-'ard Man dhal-ladhi yashfa'u 'indahu illa bi-idhnihi Ya'lamu ma bayna aydihim wa ma khalfahum wa la yuhituna bi shai'in min 'ilmihi illa bima sha'a Wasi'a kursiyuhus-samawati wal ard wa la ya'uduhu hifdhuhuma wa Hu wal 'Aliyul-Adheem
Meaning: Allah! There is no god but He - the Living, The Self-subsisting, Eternal. No slumber can seize Him Nor Sleep. His are all things In the heavens and on earth. Who is there can intercede In His presence except As he permitteth? He knoweth what (appeareth to His creatures As) Before or After or Behind them. Nor shall they compass Aught of his knowledge Except as He willeth. His throne doth extend Over the heavens And on earth, and He feeleth No fatigue in guarding And preserving them, For He is the Most High. The Supreme (in glory)

Meaning: "The thrist is gone, the veins are moistened and the reward is confirmed, if Allah [Ta'ala] wills."
English: Allahumma Inni laka sumtu wa bika amantu [wa alayka tawakkalto] wa ‘ala rizqika aftartu
Meaning: "O Allah! I fasted for You and I believe in You [and I put my trust in You] and I break my fast with Your sustenance."

English: Wa bi-sawmi ghadin nawaytu min shahri ramadan
Meaning: "I intend to keep the fast for tomorrow in the month of Ramadan."
English: Ya hayyu ya qayyumu birahmatika astagheeth.
Meaning: "O Living One, O Self-existant One, by Your Mercy I seek help."
English: Allaahum-maf-Tahlee Abwaaba Rahmatika
Meaning: "O Allah, open for me the doors Your Mercy."
English: Allaahum-ma In-nee As`aluka Min Fadhlika
Meaning: "O Allah, I ask you of Your favour."
1. Bismillāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm
2. Al ḥamdu lillāhi rabbi l-’ālamīn
3. Ar raḥmāni r-raḥīm
4. Māliki yawmi d-dīn
5. Iyyāka na’budu wa iyyāka nasta’īn
6. Ihdinā ṣ-ṣirāṭ al-mustaqīm
7. Ṣirāṭ al-laḏīna an’amta ‘alayhim ġayril maġḍūbi ‘alayhim walāḍ ḍāllīn
Translation1. In the name of God, the Lord of Mercy, the Giver of Mercy!
2. Praise belongs to God, Lord of the Worlds,
3. the Lord of Mercy, the Giver of Mercy,
4. Master of the Day of Judgement.
5. It is You we worship; it is You we ask for help
6. Guide us to the straight path
7. the path of those You have blessed, those who incur no anger and who have not gone astray.
