Destroy the alien tower installatations that have your home world gripped with terror. Power up your starfighter and be the hero. Distant Orbit is an homage to the classic 16-bit home console games of the 1990's. Play as one of three heroes sent to a distant galaxy to wipe out the alien threat that has their home-world gripped with terror. At first your star-fighters seem horribly ill-equipped but as you progress and earn credits from destroying the various alien hordes you will be able to upgrade and strengthen your attack and defense. Wipe out the threat on each of the four planets and return home the hero!
