I don't see a certain league in the App - how do I get to find this league?

If it is on the WAP site of Goal.com then it will be more than likely be on the Application. If you see it on the WAP site http://m.goal.com/ then check what edition you are on. Go back to the application and tap on the 'Settings' section in the Main Menu and select the 'Edition' you saw it on and it should be there in the Application for that edition. If it isn't there then contact us by tapping on 'Contact Us' in the 'Settings' section and we will see if this can be added to the Application at a later date.

I don't see a certain team in the App - how do I get to find this team?

Send our customer services an e-mail by tapping 'Contact Us' in the 'Settings' section and they will get back to you.

I am seeing incorrect articles/videos/fixtures/results/scores showing for a certain team/league - how can this be changed?

Please contact our customer services with whichever team / league is showing incorrect information and they will send this onto our Mobile Team to investigate and fix.

Why are there no videos/articles for a certain team?

This is because we currently don't have content for these teams but are always expanding further so let us know via the 'Contact Us' section what you would like to see and our Mobile Team will look at adding these to future editions of the Application.

Can I access on a mobile connection?

Yes, all content is available on a mobile connection; however a poor data connection can result in slower than normal live updates especially within the 'Live' section.

Can I access this content globally?

Yes, this service is available globally.

If you have problems go to the 'Settings' section of the application and tap on 'Contact Us' with the nature of your issue.
