Voice From The Dead: Recording

As you all know Halloween has passed, but the experiences that I've encountered did not. My grandparent's house has been haunted for many years. There was a Ouija board once locked away in our house. Just to give you a back story of my first experience. I was ten at the time and I was half asleep. I was scared to sleep in my own room. I went to the living room to sleep. I saw an image on the TV. That resembled a demon. He was just there for five seconds then left. I was shook up that night. That happened on Halloween night. I don't know exactly the year, because I'm bad when it comes to dates. Last Saturday at 1:00 p.m., I was taking a nap and I heard something very loud coming from the room beside my bed room. I went inside the room and it was chilly. I already knew something was up with that. I avoided it just that once. Again, I heard a noise, but this time it was a hissing sound. I have very good senses, not to mention I can sense negative energy. I'm not going to tell you what it actually said, because it might be a little disturbing. I went to the room and recorded it with my cell phone. I played it over and over again. I heard static for the most part. I recorded it for about 2 minutes and about the last 54 seconds in, I heard something spoken Latin. I am dead serious. I knew from the back of my mind that it was the same demon that I saw on my television screen and he was back to haunt me. I don't know his name, he didn't say. I could kind of see his features, because I also took a photo of him. (I'll save that for my next stories) This demon communicates with me by electronic devices or appliances I figured. But it's a demon! If he wanted to show himself fully, then he would off. (At least in my head) I never been possessed by him or tortured, but it still lingers in the house. I did a few prayers in the night, but I think it left for now. It will be back, every Halloween he's always back. I don't know what this being might be. It could be a ghost or a demon, but whatever it is its evil. I have to describe the pictures for the next time. I can't really post it on here, because my phone sucks. I have to buy a new one, for now I'm saving it for reference. I hope you guys enjoyed this story. Unlike my other stories, this one I think people can relate most to. You can try to debate this or help me. But, I don't recommend taking pictures or record experiences, because it may provoke a spirit. Only, for the diehard ghost hunter. I am going to try a seance soon, but I'm going to regret it later on. That will be my last update. My next update is the photo. It's hard for you readers to believe, but use your imagination and I'll get a real camera, so I can show you readers pictures someday!

Family Cemetery Ghost Face

My ghost story occurred a few days before Halloween of 2010 on October 26th, 2010, and my family and I decided that it would be fun to visit a local family cemetery that had looked to have been abandoned for a long time just to do a fun "ghost hunt" to get in the mood for Halloween. So we arrived at the cemetery during that night off Birds eye Hallow Road, a heavily wooded dirt road, and we were surprised how unkempt this cemetery was, with many of the gravestones just have fallen over over time, and at this point we knew that this would be fun. So we started our "ghost hunt". This was a very relaxed ghost hunt because we were not at all expecting anything to happen; we were just looking for a creepy good old time. We were just messing around, acting like we heard something or we got shoved by a ghost. We didn't bring much equipment for the hunt, just a video camera and a picture camera. We took our videos and pictures, reviewed pictures on the spot, and unfortunately we caught nothing at the time. Nothing at all caught our attention on this ghost hunt, but we did succeed on getting that "creepy" feel during Halloween time. After having our fun, we decided it was time to head home. So a couple of days after this ghost hunt, I decided I would check out the pictures we took on the hunt, just to make sure that there was nothing in those pictures that was paranormal. But in two pictures, two things really caught my eye. In one picture, I can spot something that looks exactly like a face in this one tree that stands out from the leaves. At first, I looked to see if it was a leaf, but it is just way too big to be a leaf, and the colour of it was different from the other leafs. So I zoomed in on the picture, and I can clearly see all the features of a face such as the eyebrows, eyes, mouth, chin, and nose in the exact spot where they should be, and it is shaped like a face. I was shocked to see this, because it completely stood out to me as a face, and it is way too coincidental to be a leaf in my opinion. In another picture, I spotted something very strange about the picture which makes it very unique I believe. This may sound crazy, but I noticed that one of the small gravestones is actually see-through! I have no idea how this is possible, but I could clearly see that the grave stone is almost invisible, and I could see behind the gravestone and I could see the leaves behind it. I'm asking myself the same thing and you guys probably are, that "how is it possible that there is a gravestone ghost", but I have no idea, it is just there. It is unexplainable to me. Other than paranormal, the only thing I could think of is that maybe something in the camera flash made the gravestone turn out that way, but then you would think that all the gravestones would be that way, so I have no idea. After seeing these two pictures, I showed them to my family to get their takes on them, and they agreed with me that they see the face and the see-through gravestone, and they had no real explanations for these pictures, and with them being skeptics, it was a real eye opener to them to see this. I'm hoping that someday I will find out for sure if these pictures show paranormal entities. So that is my ghost story and I hope you guys enjoyed.

Not Scared, Just Interested

Hi I'm 13 years old and I have always been amazed with ghosts and spirits, I have always wanted to visit a haunted house. I finally got what I wanted when we moved into a new house. We moved into the house a about week before halloween, everything was fine for the first 2 months. It was close to midnight I believe, and I was going to bed and I got this REALLY weird feeling from my door way, like someone was watching me, I turned around and saw nothing, so I let it be for the night. It happened at least once a week, and I just started to think I was watching too many ghost shows. My friend WinterG (I'm not using her real name) came over for a weekend and we were both downstairs. I hadn't told her about the weird feeling in my doorway because she freaks out when she hears about ghost stuff. She went upstairs alone to get her cell phone and came back down saying "I'm never going in your room alone ever again..." I asked her why and she described the feeling that I had been getting in my room. I told my mother about it and she didn't believe me. A few months later my brother came to my house and he brought his dog with him, she wouldn't enter my room, and when they forced her into my room she was scared half to death, my parents and my brother were there and they have no clue why it happened. So is it just a coincidence that the dog and my friend felt something in the room along with me or is it someone or something left in the house? What do you think?

The Halloween Cat

Today, as I'm typing this up, is October 3. This is twenty eight days before Halloween, which many of you ghost hunters are waiting for. Now... some of you, who believe in ghosts, but are not scared by Halloween, should listen to what I am about to say. There is a ghost flying around my elementary school on Halloween. I told my fifth grade class three years ago about this boy who died near a house that was down the block from the school. He now walks around, not as a spirit, but as a black cat. In my elementary school, there is always, like a few days before Hallow's Eve, a Halloween party for the kids. When my friends and I went to the bathroom. We heard a meowing and scratching on the window. Next thing you know is that all the girls are running and screaming out of the bathroom, except me. I have been believing in ghosts since 2003. That was when this huge black out happened and I saw something, but that's a totally different story. I was kind of freaked out because I made the whole story about the boy dying all up. Before I left the bathroom, something strange happened. I walked out, and the next thing I knew was that I was in the hallway near the front entrance. I don't really know how I got there, because I was right in front of the bathroom door. My friend ran outside and asked if I was feeling better. This is how our conversation went: Friend: "Are you ok Alyssa, you were acting totally weird a couple of minutes ago..." Me: "I was?" Friend: "Yeah, you were screaming and chasing us around the gym..." Me: "I was?" I was shocked. I didn't remember anything. I think that ghost boy got into my body and took revenge on me for telling his story. Now I'm telling you this story because I don't want it to happen again. You see, in my middle school, there's this thing called "National Junior Honors Society". Which is a thing in my school that puts all smart kids to volunteering work. I volunteered, today, to work at that same party at my elementary school. I'm a little scared because what if that whole thing, with the ghost kid, happens again. Would it? Could it? Would he remember me? Is he still there?

Caught On Camera

Trick or treat was held the day before Halloween here in this small town, but I do not think that that, in any way, hindered spirits from showing themselves that night. While we were waiting for trick or treat to start, I took many snap shots and videos of my Dad and brother being silly, hamming it up for the camera. I caught many orbs, but attributed them to dust, except for one. There was one orb that stood out. It was pink and seemed to emit its own light, and it was right next to my dad, who sadly, just lost his mother very recently. Considering Grandma's favorite color was pink, (to the point she painted her whole livingroom this color) I think it just might have been her. I will include the picture with this posting. I would also like to add, since that night I have not caught one orb in photos while visiting.Later that night, or early the next morning, just this past Halloween, around 1am, I decided to tell my best friend, Kristi, to turn into a gravyard near my house on her way to taking me home. We both had been itching all night to check out haunted places, but instead were coerced into hanging out with family and friends. After we stopped at the graveyard, we began scanning the grounds, and asked that if there was anyone around, could they please show themselves in a photo. I snapped pictures as fast as my crappy camera would allow. It began to feel really creepy after about ten minutes of walking around. It sounded like someone or something was walking around in the woods behind us, so Kristi went back to her car with her husband. Her husband was seated in the back passenger seat, and was having some fast food while we hunted. Reluctantly, I returned after she blew the horn a few times, getting impatient. As I returned I was snapping pictures the whole way. What is odd is, when I got in the car, I jokingly asked Kristi, "Who was in the car with you guys?!" After reviewing what I caught, untilizing my larger computer screen, I found there were lots of orbs, which I have the tendency to discredit unless they appear to have their own light source, but on the last shot, something was out of the ordinary. I am posting the final photo. You can see Kristi's husband's forehead above the front passenger seat, but right next to the seat is an eery image of what appears to me to be an old hag of some sort.

Did I Really Hear Luke?

I have always been interested in the paranormal and came across this site while surfing around Halloween time this past year. I've always enjoyed reading the posts people have submitted and honestly, I never thought in a million years I'd ever post anything myself, although I firmly believe in the paranormal, I don't consider myself sensitive in any way at all. I'm a HUGE dog lover and up until recently I had three dogs that are like my children. Before having my daughter I dabbled in dog rescue, which is how I wound up with three dogs. I currently live with my two-year-old daughter who has her separate bedroom and my two dogs. All three of my dogs would sleep with me in my room at night. The two I still have, have always slept on the unused right side of the bed and Luke would lie on the floor next to my bed on my side. My oldest "boy" Luke was almost fifteen years old when I had to make that awful decision that no dog/animal lover ever wants to make. On December 4th, 2008, I said goodbye to the best friend I ever had. I had made the decision based on some health issues that came with his age. One thing Luke had made a habit of doing was making very loud sighs when he'd want something such as attention, to be fed, to be let outside or, at the end, was just confused. It was more than annoying and I would often have to tell him to quiet down in order to get any sleep, which never seemed to really work anyway. This past Thursday evening after putting my daughter to bed and doing a few things around the house, I was finally able to relax by lying in bed to watch the ten o'clock news. All the lights were off other than the TV when I heard the same sigh Luke always made. It was coming from the left side of my bed...Luke's spot. I muted the TV and listened again but nothing. Then about a minute later I heard it again. Thinking it had to be one of my other dogs, I focused on them but not a sound, they had already crashed for the night so I kind of just blew it off until I heard it again. I hit the mute again on the TV and listened but things just fell silent. Then, as soon as I turned the sound back on I heard it again. I muted the TV one more time and I finally heard the sigh without distractions... It was plain as day. At that point I asked Luke to stop and I've not heard anything since. I've second-guessed my decision more than once about putting him down and I miss him more than I can put into words. I had my Luke since he was born (he was born at my parent's house) and my life's just not the same without him. Granted, I know he's better off where he is and I'm very blessed to have a wonderful daughter and two other beloved dogs but I still miss him. I often wonder if he could've told me what he wanted me to do, would he still be here? As I lay there though, after my experience, a comforting sensation came over me. Now, I wonder was it his way to let me know he's still with me or is it something else since he would sigh when he wanted something? I just don't know. I realize my experience isn't as interesting, crazy, odd, etc as some of the other posts but the crazy part for me is that it happened to me. I decided to post my story because I'm curious if anyone else has had any similar experiences?

The Clown From The Halloween Store

So, this year I went shopping for Halloween decorations. I went to this store called 'Spirit Halloween.' My mom said her friends recommended it. When we went inside, there was a lot of cool, realistic Halloween scares. There was one that I really liked. It was a bloody clown, and when you step on the trigger, it raises a knife, and let\'s out a very soft, but ominous, 'shhhhh' I wanted my mom to get it, but unfortunately, she did not want to spend too much money. She got a silly spider, a triggered dead girl, and an orange lightbulb (I have no idea why she got them) and we left. But, the clown I thought that was cool soon turned to be scary. I began to have nightmares about it, and I saw a few of my neighbors decorating their house with that clown. Even when I went to see a neighbor that's my age, if they had the clown, I'd run down their driveway like a crazy person, and I'd just run back to my house. One night, when I was doing my homework, I heard a freaky 'shhhhh' that I recognized, obviously from the clown. I began to freak out, but I had to finish my stupid math homework. I kept on hearing the freaky 'shhhh' sound, and finally, I finished my homework. I put my book away, and convinced myself I was imagining it. But, while I was in my bed texting with friends, I heard that STUPID 'shhhhhhhhhhhhhh...' sound from my closet. I just HAD TO TELL MY MOM! I told her, but obviously, she did not believe me. Now, I think I was imagining it.
