Lights Out is a grid-based puzzle where each bulbs has two states: ON/OFF.
You can swap the state of any bulb, but when you do so, the adjacent bulb (horizontally or vertically) are swapped state as well.
Given initially the grid with random states, the objective is to set all bulbs to Off state.
Try to solve the puzzle with minimum moves and shortest possible time.
