Watch remotely mjpeg stream from IP webcam. A fullscreen mode is available. It is possible to capture a snapshot on your device storage. This application can handle a basic http authentication. Tested with Motion on Gnu/Linux, should work with any IP camera broadcasting a valid mjpeg flux.
