Listening to Monocle 24 Radio in style. This simple player for Monocle 24 radio allows you to listen to your favorite programs live. In contrast to the web page, it can run nicely in the background while you're doing other, perhaps more important stuff on your Firefox OS phone. It shows a helpful notification while playing that allows you to turn it off at any time. It's really that simple. Note that this app is a labor of love and is not an official Monocle application and it's not affiliated with the brand. The audio is coming right from the monocle.com web site. The app is free and the sources are available on github. Enjoy
