App day Gwalior was an initiative taken by Mozilla Community Gwalior to bring awareness about Firefox OS in Gwalior and near about areas. The event was mainly focus on the Firefox OS description, Various devices launched in INDIA and a Hackathon session for Firefox OS app development.

The event was focused on bring out more Localization contributors from Gwalior as there is very less awareness about Localization project.The event had covered all the key point of localization and there was a localization sprint in which we localized the webmaker knowledge base.

It was a community meetup where the thoughts came out with a sip of Coffee. Lots of new contributors shared their experiences with the newbies which helped to strengthen Mozilla community Gwalior.

It was a 24 hour webmaker event were we shared our skills with the new contributors who wanted to explore about webmaker. We had participants from various cities and various reps also joined us during the event. The participants made more then 40 makes using various webmaker tools.

It was the first event organized by mozilla club ITMU in ITM University,Gwalior. The event mainly focused on increasing awareness about open source and various project by Mozilla foundation. We had a huge crowed from ITM University and other colleges also. The event had a huge impact which help in developing community in Gwalior.
