The color code is used to indicate the values of the resistors.The color code was developed in the early 1920s by the Radio Manufacturers Association. In this app enter the name of the color of the band painted upon the resistor serially.

For the first band the defined colors for resistors are BROWN ,RED ,ORANGE ,YELLOW ,GREEN ,BLUE ,VIOLET ,GREY and WHITE.

For the second band the defined colors for resistors are BLACK ,BROWN ,RED ,ORANGE ,YELLOW ,GREEN ,BLUE ,VIOLET ,GREY and WHITE.

For the third band the defined colors for resistors are GOLD ,SILVER ,BLACK ,BROWN ,RED ,ORANGE ,YELLOW ,GREEN ,BLUE and VIOLET.

For the forth band the defined colors for resistors are BROWN ,RED ,GOLD and SILVER.
