My Wallet:
My Wallet contains your inventory. Coin type, years of production, value per coin, and number of coins available for trading are displayed. Most coins have an “I” icon next to the coin that when selected, provides information about each coin. To input or adjust your inventory, select the box next to the desired coin and adjust the quantity in your wallet. The quantities are automatically adjusted when you buy and sell in a trade.
The blue box at the top of the screen displays the current spot price, the number of ounces you have, and gives you the value of your wallet based on the current market price. You can manually refresh these numbers by selecting the green button located at the upper right hand corner of the screen which will find the most recent spot price. The value indicated only takes into account the quantity of silver, based on the current spot market price. It does not take into account premiums or other factors that may affect the actual value of your items.
Warning: The “Clear” button zeros all items in the inventory. If you inadvertently press the Clear button, you will be prompted to make sure you want to continue. Press No if you do not want to clear the inventory list.
Trade Coins:
You can use this section to trade with your silver. Trades done here will automatically add or subtract items from the My Wallet inventory.
Buy/Sell Selector
If you are receiving coins, you must select the Buy option from the Sell/Buy selector beneath the spot price indicator. At the completion of the trade, these coins will be added to your wallet.
Set the selector to Sell if you are giving the coins in return for goods, services or cash. At the completion of the trade, these coins will be deducted from your wallet.
You can indicate which coins you would like to use in your inventory by selecting on or off under the coin type. Selecting on or off will include or exclude specific coins to be used in your transaction.
After you have completed your transaction, your wallet amount will update to reflect the current amount of silver you have left.
Auto Calculate
The Auto Calculate function selects the method of input depending on whether you want to enter a quantity of specific coins or a dollar amount.
With the Auto Calculate button Off, use the boxes beside each coin to input the quantity of coins. After you have entered a quantity, the blue box at the top will provide you with the value in dollars.
With Auto Calculate On, input the amount of dollars you wish to value a transaction. When you have input the dollar amount, the coin quantities will be updated automatically to reflect the amount you will need to use closest to the dollar amount entered, without exceeding the amount.
Chart:
When you select the Chart function, the most current prices of Gold, Silver, Platinum, and Palladium will be displayed. To update these prices select the green refresh button in the upper right hand corner. The time and date of the information is provided in the lower right hand corner of the chart.
