It's time to take a break and do some stretching
Stand facing a tree or wall, about 1 meter away from it.
Place your hands flat on the wall, keeping the elbows bent.
Keeping both feet flat, step or slide your left foot back,
lengthening your left leg and straightening your arms.
You should feel the stretch in
the calf of the back leg.
Breathe deeply and hold for 30 seconds.
Switch sides and repeat the task.
Take a deep breath and start second run!
