About

SpendToday is aimed to sort out how much you can afford today, not how much you have to save (that is, can not afford).

Designed and written in central London, United Kingdom, where food and beer can be cheap, but the rent is not, the target audience can be practically everyone, from the teenager with monthly allowance, university student with high tuition fees, to the regular Shoreditch design entrepreneur!

Back in 2009, I, myself, was stuck in a contract loophole and ended up barely earning more than my bills. I lived off of potato soup, but wanted to have fun in the weekend. The bank statement wasn't enough - I needed something to tell me how much I could spend, warn me if I spent too much, yet still comfort me in saying that I'll be back to normal in two days if I took it easy. So I made myself a nifty excel sheet with some boring calculations

Now I've built my super algorithm into this app.

If something is the matter with the app, or if you have general inquiries, please send an email over my way:
