DOUBLE DECKER SANDWICH

    Ingridients <
  • 5-6 tbsp Lettuce Leaves
  • 4-5 tbsp Red- Yellow- Green Bell pepper Juliennes
  • 1 cup Avocado Juliennes
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper Powder
  • 2-3 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 4-5 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 3-4 tbsp Pineapple Juliennes
  • 3-4tbsp Cucumber Juliennes
  • 3-4 tbsp Pear Juliennes
  • 7-8 nos. Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2nos. White Bread
  • 2 nos. Brown Bread
  • 2nos. Cheese Slices
  • Method
    • In a bowl, mix lettuce juliennes, red-yellow-green bell pepper juliennes, avocado juliennes, pesto sauce, black pepper powder and salt to prepare pesto sauce stuffing.
    • Now in another bowl, mix mayonnaise, pineapple juliennes, cucumber juliennes, pear juliennes and chopped cherry tomatoes to prepare mayonnaise stuffing.
    • Then on bread put pesto stuffing, cheese slice, bread, mayonnaise, prepare mayonnaise stuffing, cheese slice and keep brown bread on top.
    • Now cut the bread crust of the bread and also cut the sandwich in two halves.
    • Garnish the prepared sandwich with decorative vegetable straw.
    • Your Double Decker Sandwich is ready.

  • 1/2 cup black grapes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 spoon sugar syrup.
  • Method
  • Put all the fruits, ice cream, 1 cup milk, sugar syrup in a mixer and blend it thoroughly.
  • Garnish and serve.
