APPLE CINNAMON ROLL

  • Ingridients
    • 1 cup All Purpose Flour
    • 3-4 tbsp Butter
    • 4 tbsp Sugar
    • To taste Salt
    • As required Water
    • 2 tbsp Butter
    • 1 cup Finely Chopped Apple
    • 1 cup Finely Chopped Pear
    • 4-5 tbsp Almond Powder
    • 5-6 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
    • 1-2 tsp Cinnamon powder
    • 4-5 tbsp Tutti-frutti
  • Method
    • In a bowl, add all purpose flour, butter, sugar, salt and water and prepare dough of it and keep it in fridge.
    • Meanwhile, in a pan heat butter and add finely chopped apple, finely chopped pear, almond powder, hershey's chocolate syrup, cinnamon powder and tutti-frutti and cook well to prepare a stuffing.
    • Now take small balls from the prepared dough and roll it and wrap the rolled dough on the rolling pin and keep it in fridge to harden.
    • Then remove the prepared roti from fridge and dust all purpose flour on it and cut it slanting shape on sides and also put the prepared stuffing in middle and then arrange the dough strips on each other.
    • Now on prepared roll apply butter and keep in a baking tray sprinkled with all purpose flour and bake it at 180 degree C for 15 mins.
    • Your Apple Cinnamon Roll is ready.

TOMATO BRUSCHETTA

  • Ingridients
    • 1 Tbsp Oil
    • 1/2 Tsp Finely Chopped Garlic
    • 1/2 Tsp Chilli Flakes
    • 1 Tsp Crushed Black Peppercorns
    • 1 - 2 Tbsp Finely Chopped Onion
    • 1 Cup Chopped Tomato
    • 1 Cup Chopped Green Tomato
    • 1 Cup Chopped Cherry Tomatoes
    • 1 Tbsp Chopped Capsicum
    • 3 Nos. Bread Slices
    • As Required Grated Cheese
  • Method
    • Heat Ghee In A Pan,Add Finely Chopped Garlic,Chilli Flakes, Crushed Black Peppercorns,Finely Chopped Onion, Chopped Tomato, Chopped Green Tomato, Chopped Cherry Tomato And Chopped Capsicum. Mix It Well
    • Pour The Prepared Stuffing On Bread Slices And Add Some Grated Cheese On It.
    • Bake The Bread Slices In Over For About 2 - 3 Minutes.
    • Serve The Prepared Dish With Salad And Garnish With Parsley And Pesto Sauce.
    • Your Tomato Bruschetta Is Ready.

ALOO MASH

    Ingridients
  • 3-4 Potatoes
  • 2-3 Cubes Butter
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Black Pepper
  • A Pinch Nutmeg Powder
  • 2tbsp Cream
    Method
  • Peel the Potatoes and cut them into slices.
  • Heat water in a Pan, slip sliced potatoes and salt in the water and put them to boil for 10-15 mins.
  • When the potatoes are cooked, drain them from water and mash them till they get a soft texture.
  • Heat butter in a Pan, add mashed potatoes, nutmeg powder, crushed blackpepper, salt and mix thoroughly.
  • Add Fresh Cream to the mixture.
  • Garnish with lettuce and Parsley and your Aloo Mash is ready.
