Summer Salad
Ingredients
- 2-3 tsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Mustard Sauce
- 1-2 tsp Honey
- 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black Pepper Powder
- 3-4 nos. Baby Carrot
- 2 nos. Beetroot
- 1-2 nos.Cucumber
- 1 no Green Bell Pepper
- 1 no Red Bell Pepper
- 1 no Yellow Bell Pepper
- 5-6 nos. Cherries
- 7-8 nos. Black- Green Olives
- 2-3 strips Parmesan Cheese
Method
- In a bowl, mix white vinegar, mustard sauce, honey, olive oil and black pepper powder to prepare a dressing.
- Now cut juliennes of beetroot, baby carrot, cucumber, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
- Then on a plate arrange lettuce leaves and drizzle the prepared dressing.
- Now on lettuce leaves, arrange baby carrot juliennes, cucumber juliennes, red-yellow-green bell pepper juliennes, prepared dressing, chopped cherry tomatoes, cherries, green-black olives, bread croutons, grated parmesan cheese and again drizzle dressing.
- Your Summer Salad is ready.
AMBROISIA YOGHURT AND FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients
- 5 tbsp whip cream
- 1 medium vanilla pod
- 1/4 medium fresh peeled coconut
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 5 - 6 tsp curd
- 1/2 medium sliced orange
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 7 - 8 sliced black grapes
- 8 - 10 canned cherries
Method
- Mix whip cream, vanilla extract, coconut slices, sugar and curd in a bowl.
- Now slice the orange, apple and banana.
- Place the dressing in the round cutter ring in the plate.
- Keep the apple on the base, and pour the dressing on top of it.
- Now place orange and spread the dressing once again.
- Put the sliced grapes, cherries, and banana on the dressing, and once again top it with the prepared dressing.
- Keep the apple, orange, cherry on the dressing and put the sliced coconut on top.
- Serve the prepared dish along with grapes, cherries, and orange.
- Your Ambroisia Yoghurt and Fruit Salad is ready.
