Mix Fruit Shake

    Ingridients
  • Milk
  • 1/2 cup black grapes
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 scoop of ice cream
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 2 spoon sugar syrup.
    Method
  • Put all the fruits, ice cream, 1 cup milk, sugar syrup in a mixer and blend it thoroughly.
  • Garnish and serve.

AVOCADO MILKSHAKE

    Ingredients

  • 2-3 tsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Mustard Sauce
  • 1-2 tsp Honey
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • To taste Salt
  • To taste Black Pepper Powder
  • 3-4 nos. Baby Carrot
  • 2 nos. Beetroot
  • 1-2 nos.Cucumber
  • 1 no Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 no Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 no Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 5-6 nos. Cherries
  • 7-8 nos. Black- Green Olives
  • 2-3 strips Parmesan Cheese

    Method

  • In a bowl, mix white vinegar, mustard sauce, honey, olive oil and black pepper powder to prepare a dressing.
  • Now cut juliennes of beetroot, baby carrot, cucumber, green bell pepper, red bell pepper and yellow bell pepper.
  • Then on a plate arrange lettuce leaves and drizzle the prepared dressing.
  • Now on lettuce leaves, arrange baby carrot juliennes, cucumber juliennes, red-yellow-green bell pepper juliennes, prepared dressing, chopped cherry tomatoes, cherries, green-black olives, bread croutons, grated parmesan cheese and again drizzle dressing.
  • Your Summer Salad is ready.

DAHI MINT LASSI

  • Ingridients
    • 1-2 cup Curd
    • 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
    • To taste Salt
    • 1-2tbsp Dry Fruits
    • 2-3 or 3-4 Mint Leaves
    • Honey
    • Dry fruits
    • Mint Leaves
    • As required Cold Water
  • Method
    • In a bowl add curd, sugar, dry fruits, mint leaves and water. Mix all and prepare the lassi.
    • Now put honey in a glass and pour the lassi in it.
    • Garnish it with mint leaves and dry fruits.
    • Your Dahi Mint Lassi is ready to be served.

CHOCOLATE JELLO MILKSHAKE

  • Ingridients
    • As Required Water
    • 4 tbsp Mango Flavour Jelly Powder
    • 2 cup Milk
    • 1 cup Ice- Cream
    • 1 cup Mango Pulp
    • 2 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
    • 2-3 tbsp Powered Sugar
  • Method
    • In a pan heat water and add mango flavour jelly powder in it and boil it.
    • Now keep the boiled mixture in fridge to set.
    • Then in a blender put set jelly, milk, ice - cream, mango pulp, hershey 's chocolate syrup and powdered sugar and blend it.
    • In a glass put hershey's chocolate syrup to prepare a pattern and put prepared milkshake in it.
    • Garnish the milkshake with mango and cherry decorations.
    • Your Chocolate Jello Milkshake is ready.

CHIKOO MILKSHAKE

  • Ingridients
    • 4 nos. Chikoo
    • 2 cups Soy Milk
    • 2 tbsp Powdered Sugar
    • 2 tbsp Whipped Cream
    • 3-4 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
  • Method
    • In a blender, blend diced chikoo, soy milk, powdered sugar, whipped cream and hershey's chocolate syrup.
    • Now in a glass put hershey's chocolate syrup to make a pattern and then put the prepared milkshake in a glass.
    • Garnish the prepared milkshake with whipped cream, hershey's chocolate syrup and cherries.
    • Your Hershey's Chikoo Milkshake is ready.

APPLE CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE

  • Ingridients
    • 1no Apple
    • 3-4 tbsp Hershey's Chocolate Syrup
    • 1-2 cup Milk
    • 3-4 tbsp Powdered Sugar
    • 3-4 tbsp Whipped Cream
  • Method
    • In a blender, add chopped apple, hershey's chocolate syrup, milk and powdered sugar and blend it.
    • Now in a glass jar put whipped cream and prepared milkshake.
    • Garnish the prepared milkshake with hershey's chocolate syrup, apple wedges and tutti-frutti and also decorate it with a decorative straw.
    • Your Hershey's Apple Chocolate Milkshake is ready.

KIWI QUICK

  • Ingridients
    • Kiwi 2
    • Crushed ice As required
    • Honey/ sugar syrup 1 tbsp
    • Red guava juice 50 ml
    • Pineapple juice 50ml
    • For Garnish
    • Pineapple slice
    • Straw
  • Method
    • Cut kiwi into wedges. Blend all ingredients together
    • Pour in a glass full with ice.
    • Take a fresh cut guava and attach on the rim.
    • Put a lime wedge in front of the guava on the rim of a glass.
    • Garnish it with a pineapple slice and a straw.
    • Kiwi quick is ready to be served.

JACKFRUIT SHAKE

Jackfurit lovers must try this....

INGREDIENTS (measuring cup used, 1 cup = 250 ml)

  • 250 grams ripe jackfruit or 1.25 cups chopped jackfruit
  • 200 ml thick coconut milk, about ¾ to 1 cup thick coconut milk
  • 2 to 3 tbsp powdered jaggery or add as required
  • ¼ to ½ cup water or as required
  • 6 to 8 ice cubes (optional)
  • 1 to 2 tbsp finely chopped jackfruit for garnish (optional)
  • 6 to 8 chopped cashews for garnish (optional)

    • INSTRUCTIONS

    • chop the jackfruit. remove the seeds. add the chopped jackfruit in a blender jar.
    • add the coconut milk and powdered jaggery.
    • blend till smooth and then add the ice cubes and ¼ cup water.
    • blend again with the ice cubes. for a thinner consistency you can add some water.
    • serve jackfruit shake immediately.
