END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

This End User Licence Agreement (Agreement) applies to your use of the Thorn Tree for Mozilla App (Lonely Planet App).

Before you launch into using the Lonely Planet App, you need to read and accept this Agreement.

In this Agreement “Lonely Planet” means Lonely Planet Global Inc.

How can I use the Lonely Planet App?

You can only use the Lonely Planet App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Lonely Planet App may link or use third party services (e.g. translation or Google maps). You must comply with any applicable terms and conditions attached to those services.

Lonely Planet owns or licences all intellectual property rights to the Lonely Planet App, including the content in the Lonely Planet App and Lonely Planet’s trade marks. Except as permitted by this Agreement, Lonely Planet’s intellectual property may not be used in any way or for any purpose without Lonely Planet’s permission.

Of course, Lonely Planet would love you to tell your friends about how great the Lonely Planet App is, but you can’t share it by forwarding or sending to any person.

Should I rely on it?

Lonely Planet uses reasonable care and skill to make sure the information in its products is accurate and up to date. However, Lonely Planet can’t always guarantee that the Lonely Planet App is error free or continuous.

When you download or use the Lonely Planet App, we are not aware of any particular purpose you intend to use it for. You need to ensure that the Lonely Planet App is suitable for any purpose for which you intend to use it.

Limitation of liability and indemnity

You must take all necessary steps to minimise the extent of any loss you may suffer in accordance with this Agreement, and you must notify Lonely Planet in writing of your loss within 30 days.

What else should I know?

You cannot download or use the Lonely Planet App in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Any legal issues arising from your use of the Lonely Planet App will be dealt with under the laws of Tennessee, USA.
